Kieran Baldwin

Business Development Manager
Kieran is responsible for building positive new Client relationships, as well as developing existing ones. He works hard to ensure that all of our client's requirements are met, and that appropriate solutions are provided to issues new clients were experiencing within their recruitment process. Further to this, Kieran is also responsible for account and administrative enquiries.

Jay Jones

Managing Director
Jay is responsible for the general oversight of KJB Recruitment, and the organisation of our working weeks. He makes sure that the team are motivated and working as efficiently as possible. He also works with both Clients and Candidates on Permanent job roles, ensuring that the best possible candidates are put forward for our roles, and that all candidates are treated with respect and care in relation to their applications. Jay takes the time to get to know our candidate's aspirations and requirements, so that they can be offered the best service possible and ultimately help them land their dream role.

Sandra Kokowicz

Recruitment Consultant
Sandra's role within KJB Recruitment consists of the running and maintenance of Temporary business. She ensures that clients are supplied with quality staff in a timely fashion, and that staff are content with their assignments. She is responsible for attracting the most appropriate staff members for our roles, and she assists them with their applications throughout the sign-up process, guiding them through and helping with any enquiries they may have. Sandra also works to develop new Temporary business relationships
